The Mediacrats' Flagship Recants... Again

In episode #4,325 of the serial "New York Times Mistakes" (all of which are mysteriously skewed to the Left and somehow never, ever err on the other side), Adam Liptak finally owns up to another critical error (hat tip: Hugh Hewitt):

Consider this the mediacratic equivalent of a "blue screen of death." The Mediacrats' flagship is suffering from catastrophic, systemic errors and only periodic reboots allow it to operate day-to-day.
